In June 2024, Leila Noone set a new world record for hair-hanging. She hung "suspended by nothing but a single knot of her own hair" for 25 minutes and 11 seconds. I think Guinness now awards too many records for trivial/dumb challenges, but hair-hanging seems like a legitimately difficult record. What's the trick to being able to hang by your hair? Simple.
