1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing or using the Twrlz platform (“Twrlz”, “Service”, “Website”), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”), as well as all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Service.
2. DESCRIPTION OF THE SERVICE
Twrlz is a digital platform that allows users to create and manage bio link pages, shortened URLs, QR codes, digital pages, analytics, and related tools, including optional paid features and integrations.
Twrlz may be accessed via web browsers and Progressive Web App (PWA) technology.
3. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable under Brazilian law to use the Service. By using Twrlz, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
4. USER ACCOUNTS
4.1 Account Responsibility You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4.2 Accuracy of Information You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep it updated.
4.3 Account Suspension or Termination Twrlz reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, applicable laws, or misuse the Service, with or without prior notice.
5. USER CONTENT
5.1 Ownership You retain full ownership of all content you create, upload, or link through Twrlz (“User Content”).
5.2 License to Twrlz By using the Service, you grant Twrlz a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
5.3 Prohibited Content You may not use Twrlz to distribute content that:
- Is illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive
- Infringes intellectual property rights
- Contains malware, phishing, or harmful code
- Violates privacy or data protection laws
- Promotes hate speech, violence, or exploitation
Twrlz reserves the right to remove content that violates these rules.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All platform elements, including software, design, trademarks, logos, and proprietary technology, are the exclusive property of Twrlz or its licensors and are protected by Brazilian and international intellectual property laws.
No rights are granted except as expressly stated in these Terms.
7. PAID PLANS AND PAYMENTS
7.1 Subscriptions Certain features require a paid subscription. Pricing, billing cycles, and included features are disclosed at the time of purchase.
7.2 Billing and Renewals Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
7.3 Refund Policy Unless otherwise required by Brazilian consumer law, payments are non-refundable once the billing cycle has started.
8. SERVICE AVAILABILITY AND MODIFICATIONS
Twrlz strives for high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service may be modified, updated, suspended, or discontinued at any time.
9. DATA PROTECTION AND PRIVACY
Twrlz processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados (LGPD – Law No. 13.709/2018).

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Twrlz shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
- Unauthorized access to user accounts
- Third-party links or content accessed through the Service
Use of the Service is at your own risk.
11. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Twrlz, its owners, partners, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:
- Your use of the Service
- Your User Content
- Violation of these Terms or applicable laws
12. TERMINATION
You may terminate your account at any time. Twrlz may terminate or suspend access immediately if these Terms are violated.
Upon termination, access to the Service and stored data may be permanently removed.
13. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any disputes shall be submitted exclusively to the courts of TeresĂłpolis, Rio de Janeiro, to the exclusion of any other jurisdiction.
14. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
Twrlz may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
